Practice Description
Ron’s practice is concentrated in the commercial real estate area with an emphasis on small- to medium-sized strip shopping centers, offices and light industrial complexes for both tenants and investors. Ron handles a variety of matters relating to real estate acquisitions, financing/refinancing and formation of entity structures for ownership of real estate projects.
He has represented a number of our clients in connection with §1031 simultaneous/deferred exchanges, lease negotiations and drafting for both landlord and tenant clients and commercial and residential owners and investors and in connection with real estate tax complaints.
Ron represents a number of investors and developers as well as several of our business clients who own/invest in real estate ventures. He is also active in representing clients in construction financing in both the commercial and residential fields.
An authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company, Ron is President of Summit Title Agency, Inc.
Ron has served as a Referee in the Hamilton County Domestic Relations Court and as an Arbitrator for the Common Pleas Court.
