Practice Description
Mark's practice is concentrated in business law with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has represented a number of our clients in significant business acquisition, recapitalization and disposition transactions. Mark handles a variety of matters relating to business organizations including formation, organizational structure, owner/shareholder relationships, business succession and related issues.

Mark also represents a number of public company C-level executives on employment and compensation matters.

Mark also represents a number of physicians and physician groups and has handled the sale and consolidation of several medical groups.

In addition to serving as President and CEO of our firm, Mark is a member of advisory boards for several of our clients as well as other local businesses.

Community Involvement
Mark has led our firm’s United Way campaign for several years and has helped keep our firm as the community leader in terms of per capita giving. Mark and his wife have held a number of leadership positions with United Way. Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Cincinnati and is also a member of the Board of Success by Six, a United Way initiative focused on strengthening pre-school education. Mark received the 2008 Neil H. McElroy Award from United Way of Greater Cincinnati for his leadership in United Way resource development.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his four children and growing number of grandchildren.
