Practice Description
Dustin advises clients on a variety of general business and tax issues. He has assisted clients in drafting leases, loan agreements, and other commercial contracts. Dustin also assists clients in resolving personal and business disputes, including those that require litigation.
Awards and Honors
During law school, Dustin was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review. His law review article on employment law was selected for publication in the Law Review. As a law student, Dustin also won the Kentucky Mock Trial Championship as part of a two-person mock trial team. Upon completion of his law degree, Dustin was inducted into the Brandeis Honor Society for being one of the top graduates in his class and was awarded the Stites and Harbison Leadership Award.
