Practice Description
Adam’s practice is concentrated in corporate, health care, and real estate law. Adam handles a variety of matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate, owner/shareholder relationships, and business organization and succession planning.
Adam represents a number of health care providers in connection with regulatory and transactional matters including fraud and abuse issues, the Stark Law, joint ventures, purchase and sale of physician practices, employment and recruitment agreements, establishment of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and other ancillary service providers, managed care contracting and general business matters.
