For more than a decade, Peter has worked with clients to resolve their difficult disputes. While that most frequently means litigating in Ohio’s state and federal courts, Peter also has substantial experience counseling clients before a dispute turns into litigation, during internal and governmental investigations, and representing clients in arbitrations, mediations, and appeals.
Peter represents both individuals and corporations, plaintiffs and defendants. He has represented clients across a range of industries, with particular experience handling disputes in the health care industry, among fiduciaries and close-corporations, and in complex commercial matters.
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Peter served as a law clerk for Judge David L. Bunning of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in Covington. Peter then practiced commercial litigation in the Cincinnati office of a regional firm before joining Katz Teller in 2014.
