Simran A. Magowan

While Simran started his practice at a larger firm, his approach has always been right in line with Katz Teller’s emphasis on providing more than just the right legal answers.

Simran’s business background allows him to get to know the inner workings of a business as someone who manages or operates it might, and then strategize with his clients on how to achieve their objectives. Whether those objectives are to optimize day-to-day operations, grow through mergers or acquisitions, or sell the business, Simran can guide his clients toward their goals. He also acts as a trusted advisor to executives in connection with investment and employment opportunities.

Simran was born and raised in Cincinnati and now resides in Oakley with his wife, Rachael, and their German Shepherd puppy, Duchess.

At Katz Teller, Simran serves on the recruiting committee, and very much enjoys cultivating relationships with young attorneys and growing a strong network of professional peers.
