Andy concentrates his practice on commercial real estate. He represents developers, investors and lending institutions in all facets of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, due diligence, land use planning, condominium formation, financing and loan workouts and restructuring. Andy has represented clients with matters involving office, warehouse, retail and residential projects, including real estate valuation proceedings before County Boards of Revision. Andy is also a licensed title insurance agent in the State of Ohio, handling commercial title matters for the firm and its affiliated commercial title agency, Summit Title Agency, Inc.

As a long-time resident of the City of Harrison, Andy has previously served as a member of the City's Charter Review Committee and Board of Zoning Appeals and currently serves as a member of the City Planning Commission and as Precinct Executive.
