During his long tenure as a partner of the firm, Andy Berger gravitated toward complexity—the larger the scope, the more moving parts to manage, the better. However, since Andy became Of Counsel to the firm, his practice has evolved into consulting with long-standing clients and colleagues and mentoring corporate associates.The sophistication of Katz Teller’s corporate practice has been built, in part, on Andy’s patient, approachable training style (and red ink from his pen). Katz Teller is incredibly fortunate that its newer generation can benefit from Andy’s continued involvement and insights.
