Brian W. Wais is a partner of the firm. Brian manages the firm’s commercial lending practice. He represents a wide variety of lending institutions ranging from small community banks to large regional and national banks. Brian handles both real estate and asset based transactions of all sizes for lender clients. In addition, he is experienced in closing U.S. Small Business Administration loans through the 7(a) and 504 loan programs and is a designed 504 Closing Attorney by the U.S. Small Business Administration for a local certified development company. Brian also represents real estate developers, investors and entities holding real estate interests in matters related to acquisitions, sales, financing, entity formation and leasing, with a focus on title matters as well.

Brian received a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Xavier University and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. In law school, he served as both a Member and a Notes Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review. Brian is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and Kentucky Bar Associations, and the National Association of Development Companies. Brian has also been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers Magazine.
