Natalya B. Mourad

Natalya Mourad concentrates her practice in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters. Before joining Katz Teller, Natalya worked at a Columbus-based law firm, where she staffed various buy and sell-side deals, drafted purchase and merger agreements, and handled reports regarding employment and labor law issues.

Natalya graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in philosophy. She subsequently attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she received her juris doctor, cum laude, in 2020. During law school, Natalya served as the 2L class president of the Student Bar Association and as a public relations officer for the Middle Eastern Law Students Association.

At Katz Teller, Natalya is a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.
