Simran is part of Katz Teller’s Corporate and General Business practice group, where he focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, start-ups and acting as a trusted advisor to privately owned companies and their owners. 

Simran’s business background allows him to quickly understand where a President or CEO is coming from on an issue, and then strategize with clients on how to achieve their objectives. Whether that is to optimize day-to-day operations, grow through mergers or acquisitions, or sell the business, Simran can help guide clients toward their business goals.  

Simran was born and raised in Cincinnati and now resides in Oakley with his wife, Rachael, their children, Sofia and Luca, and their German Shepherd puppy, Duchess.
